which is better for 60mm, 80mm, 90mm, and especially 120mm

I have the aopen HX-08. I am gonna mod my case so i can will have TWO 120mm in front and 2 80mm in back. I have heard many "conflicting" stories on which is better. What do you GUYS think? Thank-you

Disregard price range. I don't care bout price, jus quality. Take in mind noise. I don't want a jet engine in my computer

I just got my 120mm panflo hooked up, its quieter than all my other fans, not alot, but it is, and it put out alot more air.
But in my opinion if u were going for the 80mm, get the sunons. Unless you are annoyed by sound, the sunon's arent that loud.

Quality wise there pretty close to the same there both better then avg quality fans. Between the two no brand is really better, like generaly for 60mm and 80mm sunons stand over panaflos, 92 and 120mm panaflo stands over sunon in the silent/quiet catagory. But really just have to look over the two and see which one fits you best, thats why i created this page below for ppl in this bind. For quiet fans tho panaflo doesn't really catch my eye that much there kick @aa when it comes to meduim flow fans..not really all that great in the quiet area, id rather get from, Adda, PCP&C, Nidec, Papst.

It depends on the model, like heatsyncs there are different models made by the same company.

Example:
80mm Sunon Model# ???123 may have a CFM rating of 50 & db of 39
80mm Sunon Model# ???124 may have a CFM rating of 47.5 & db of 32

Check the model #'s & performance stats of each, to find the best performance/sound option.

Hope that helps ya
