Panaflo 92mm + Thermaltake 7+ Fan Controller

Just purchased an SLK900-A along with a 92mm Panaflo L1A to sit atop the mountain. This is to replace my very reliable and faithful Volcano 7+. However, just in case the Panaflo is too noisy... Id like be able to change the fan speed without paying any money, messing with wires or hard-modding...... so I was wondering if the Fan Speed Controller that came with my Volcano 7+ would be sufficient.

I didnt like Physics or anything to do with electrickery when I was at school and I wouldnt know my Watt from my Volt so if any replies would keep it simple, Id be most appreciative.

As long as the fan controller hooks up ok (like all the plugs are the same), then it should work! But I have a Panaflo L1A and you can't hear it at all.
