Panaflo 2-pin header

I am looking to purchase the following fan:

http://store.yahoo.com/svcompucycle/fba12g12m-nba.html

SVC states that this fan comes with bare leads- does this mean that I would need to buy a housing for the leads to connect the fan to a controller? Or does the fan come with a 2-pin connector allowing me to simply file part of the housing away and plug it directly into a 3-pin header?

Basically, my question is what I would have to do to make this fan work on a controller.

Panaflo fans generally don't come with any leads at all (there is a connector to connect a lead right near the fan hub) unless the reseller supplies them. SVC does this as Operandi mentioned. You check the square if you want a 12" two wire lead with a standard 3-pin female fan connector on it. If you need another type of lead, you'll either have to mod the offered one or locate a different one from another fan reseller like thermalfx, sidewindercomputers, etc.
