Of course. My overclocked chip killed my mobo, erased my hdd, burned porn to all my cds, flashed my bios, flashed my wife :Q , and raped my dog.
Seriously, though. If you increase fsb higher, and your board has no pci/agp lock or divider, you run the risk of harming the components attached to that bus. A common problem is corrupting data on your hdd and having to reinstall OS.
Make sure your pci/agp bus stays as close to spec as possible. Don't increase vcore or vdimm too high (for 100 different definitions of what "too high" is, ask 100 people on this forum). If you're careful with those, you shouldn't harm anything if you have good cooling.
