Palm Vx, now $329 from BuyBidWin until 03/11/2001; pricematch w/ Staples (?) (was $299)

Just got an email from BuyBidWin's Clearence Center, they're clearing out the Palm Vx for $299 with free shipping! Pretty good deal, cheapest I could find on various price search engines was $339 (no free shipping).

The e-mail said the deal was only good for the next 2 days, but there is no apparent expiration date on their web page ... But if you're interested in ordering, you might want to do it within the next two days!

UPDATE: Must have only been half awake when I looked at the page, it says Through March 8th only! So thats TODAY ONLY! Better hurry up for those of you who are trying to pricematch with Staples! Good luck!

WOW, I need one --- I cannot tell is this retail boxed with all the accessories they come with (it is a gift for a friend and I know not what to expect). It says it comes with the cradle which I assume is all I need to worry about.

You might want to see if you can get staples to pm this price then you can also apply the coupon codes to get additional money off. Although, I would go with the Visor Deluxe for 160 right now since they both are 8 meg PDAs.

I tried but they wouldn't let me because they couldn't get through to BuyBid's order number and couldn't verify that it was new and in stock. You may can get the right CSR and get it to work. I may try later.

I got lucky -- I used the live support and got it pricematched. $40 off coupon. Net after TAXES (Yecht) was $274.28.

Ben, it say "Through Mar. 11, 2001" which I assume means it ends March 11th. Still, with the 40 off 200 coupon at Staples, this is a pretty good deal if you can get the pricematch with free shipping.

Yeah, if you check my original post, the $299 price expired on 03/09/2001, I guess the new price is $329.99 until 03/11/2001. Still not a bad deal if you pricematch with Staples, but not nearly as good as yesterday.
