Palm question

I dunno what forum this belongs in, so i put it here.
I got a new palm, and i am trying to send all my address book stuff over. it is sending everything to "unfiled' instead of keeping them in the proper groups

has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

I had this problem when I was using Pocket Mirror with my Visor Deluxe. Here is a link that will get it working for you if you are using Pocket Mirror. If not reply and I will see what else I can did up. I now have a Clie T615C that uses Intellisync and it worked perfectly right out of the box. Pocket Mirror Faq

If you are using Pocket Mirror it should have given you an option during setup that allowed you to directly map Outlook categories to the handheld. Make sure you enabled this option. I have used Pocketmirror for years and never had problems with this. Once you learn how to use it and set it up properly it should work very smooth. Also, upgrading to the Pro version will offer you some more options regrading folder syncing and all that.

PlantaTree--so how do you like your T615C? I got mine about a month ago for an upgrade from my IIIx and really think that it is THE bomb.

That is actually really funny. I have to say that I wound up purchasing Acid Solitaire too--and I rarely purchase games. It is one of the most adicting games that I have ever played.
