Palm m500 / m505 series. Problems with USB Hot Synch

Running Windows 2000 and users are set as Power Users. With the new palm m500 series, included is a USB cradle. When first initially used and setup as an administrator on the local computer, it is ok. But once a power user is trying to Hot Synch, the user won't be able to because of administrative rights. It thinks it's new hardware and won't let the user install anything. Palm's help is really no help at all. We are not allowed for the user to be set as an administrator for MANY reasons. But is there a fix for this? Anybody else having this problem? Please let me know. ANY suggestions are welcome! Thanks! 😀
