Palm invoicing program

I am looking to help out a relative with his small business technology needs (IE: he can't find the power button on a computer). From what I understand, he needs an invoice program for a palm device (not purchased yet) that he can sync with his computer (transfer into some Windows program). It also needs to have the ability to pull the name/address of the buyer from the address book on the Palm device. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
