Why not goto Staples (Both B&M and .Com) and do the deal plus get some free software as listed in today's add. Instore it is $199 after MIR but comes with $100 in software. Online you could push coupons, and get the software. Just an option.

Just bought mine, with 50 dollars off original (249 - 50 = 199) and the rebate that started today (199 - 50 = 149). Pretty good deal for 8MB hand held.

The rebate started today I think. Good thing I'd been thinking about getting it for 199 but didn't actually do it.

benliong, nah, you can't PM against a B&M store w/the online Staples...even a B&M Staples. However, the real reason why that wouldn't work anyway, is that the Staples B&M is $250 before MIR. so that's the price they would be PMing. same deal either way you go... cept that if you go online or by phone, you can use online coupons. Here in Little Rock, AR, the Best Buy b&ms had the IIIxe's for $199.97 BEFORE the rebate.

They sold out rapidly.. I had to get two rain checks!

OuterSquare, I have the same problem and I just bought one of these. I am going to sell the m100 on fleabay. It was a gift for the girlfriend but this is about the same price for a much better model so I figured I will get a little bit more "credit" with this one!
