Check your Palm Desktop settings I think there's an option to use Outlook instead.
As a last resort, uninstall the software then reinstall it assuming you now have Outlook enabled. It will give you an option to use Outlook.
I just went through this with a couple of them at work. You have to re-run the install program. You don't have to uninstall it, just re-run it and pick Outlook.
