Palm Help pt2. (using with outlook)

Hey... ok so i got the damned thing to work but now how do I make it work with Outlook instead of Palm Desktop??

dont know. when i installed palm i only had outlook express installed and it didnt mention anything...

What software did you install when you did the original sync software install?

What palm do you have?

Check your Palm Desktop settings I think there's an option to use Outlook instead.
As a last resort, uninstall the software then reinstall it assuming you now have Outlook enabled. It will give you an option to use Outlook.

I just went through this with a couple of them at work. You have to re-run the install program. You don't have to uninstall it, just re-run it and pick Outlook.

its a Palm Vx

I've tried re-installing and uninsatalling and just installing Palm Desktop 4.1 to little avail.

I just uninstalled, will reboot, and then reinstall.

I also deleted my old user so hopefully it'll work. I'll keep you guys posted. thx!

yup, use chapura, it should be on the CD. Explore the CD to find it.

i'll search the net for it... if anyone has a cd and feels kind enough to email me the file i'd be very grateful...
