I am quite surprised that the people of Alaska were not up in arms sooner about the way Palin quit her appointed office in favor of making more money ansd proving just how stoopid she really is!!

I guess one mother bear did not like the way the other mother bear chose to quit her office as Govenor!!

Sarah Palin was the target of much Webby snark Monday for a viral video featuring her encounter with a schoolteacher from Homer, Alaska, who had unfurled a banner reading "Worst Governor Ever" at a shooting location for Palin's TLC reality series. So now the former Alaska governor has adjourned to her own powerful Web portal, her Facebook page, to blast critics who suggested the exchange portrayed Palin in a bad light.

In the video, the woman brandishing the banner criticizes Palin for resigning before completing her first term as governor. The two then conduct a spirited exchange about each other's political beliefs.

When the protestor says she's a teacher, Palin looks over at her daughter and other folks with whom she's traveling. Critics say she then makes a facial expression denigrating teachers.Social media outlets such as Twitter lit up with criticism as the video began circulating Monday. Mainstream news outlets then entered the fray, launching a debate over whether Palin "hates" teachers.

I hate Palin but kind of have to respect that she approaches a protester face-to-face. Too often politicians ignore direct confrontation.

Whats so annoying about her is also shown perfectly in this video. I think we've all known someone like her in our lives, the dumbass you still can't really "win" an argument with. Things like 'oh so you wished I was Governor longer, how nice!' and other deflections that don't really contribute to the argument but sound good as comebacks.

And the fact that her young daughter, dressed in camo, is giving her two cents. Its like an argument you'd see anywhere in America on someone's front lawn, they are the hillbilly family everyone wishes would move away.

Just because Sarah Palin has become that hot hot hot attention whore that many would love to take to bed with them, does mean those same same people who lust after her body respect the content of her character in any way.

The problem with Sarah Palin is that all that national attention has gone to her head.

IMHO, Sarah Palin had compiled a mixed bag record as Governor of Alaska, she did some very good things and some really irresponsible things too, but then McCain thrust her onto the national stage and she became something else as fame went to her head.

All politicians need that gimmick that makes them unique, and Sarah has found that one trick pony gimmick. The difference between a famous politician and a politician that gets elected to high national office is the latter group become good at being multi trick ponies, while the former group rest on being a single trick pony.
