"Israel praised by Hamas co-founder’s son"
“In the mosques, Hamas taught us that without shedding innocent blood for the sake of the ideology, we wouldn’t be able to build an Islamic state. They were preparing us from the age as young as 5 years old. This is the ideology that Hamas was feeding us. And honestly, it’s impossible almost for anybody to break through and see the truth and real face of Hamas and be able to leave at some point,” he said.
“As you see in my case, I had to lose everything just to say no to Hamas. And today when I look at the children of Gaza and I know what they’re fed, I know that they have no choice.”

Goes to show that the Israelis aren't that much different.

Just like many in here think that the Israelis love Americans and would never threaten to harm them. I was on the bridge of a US Destroyer and heard the Israeli gun boat Captain tell my Captain that he would shoot the ship if we didn't get out of the way. Their fire control radar was locked on and the gun was pointed at our bridge. We happened to be escorting the ship that was evacuating the PLO from Beirut. It's a good thing they're were other US ships that were far enough a away and could fire upon this gun boat as it was too close for the ship I was on guns to fire at it.

what are palestinian kids supposed to grow up thinking when a jewish blockade prevents them from having food, clothes, crayons, computers etc...

Corrected for accuracy -- what are palestinian kids supposed to grow up think when Hamas their elected government prevents them from having food, clothes, crayons, computers etc...

awwww........btw I totally agree with those pictures...

I feel like this was not a well thought out statement...
I notice few of the anti-Israeli side's arguments ever are. They never know any of the history behind this just a lot of propaganda crap that Hamas has managed to spread casting themselves as the innocent victims.

LOL! saying Israel is an "Apartheid state" is like saying the US is an apartheid state for not giving Mexicans full citizenship rights! Palestinians are not Israeli citizens!

You're right, it's not a very accurate comparison.

Israel just needs more lebensraum to facilitate their glorious master r-- err God's chosen people.:whiste:

I imagine if he had opened fire the President would order the US ships in the area to stand down and the investigation would have decided it was a case of "mistaken identity" and no Israeli would be punished. See: USS Liberty

While I generally don't consider myself anti-israel, it is not difficult to take a simple approach to things here:

1) Does Israel control the Gaza Strip and West Bank?

If yes, proceed to 2. If no, proceed to 3.

2) Do people who are born to palestinian parents in the west bank and gaza strip have the same rights as those born to jewish parents in the west bank and gaza strip?
If you answer yes, you are incorrect. If you answer no, Israel may be described as an apartheid state in a definitional sense of the word.

If the answer to (1) was no, then:

3) Does Israel have a network of settlements present in the West Bank which generally are continually expanded, in addition to the use of armed forces against a number of economic interests (attacking fishing boats in the gaza strip, checkpoints, etc)?
If you answer yes, then Israel is not an aparthied state, as they are not treating people within their country differently based on birth, but is instead an aggressive, militaristic one that is stealing land it does not own.

If no, then, again, you haven't been paying attention.

This is not to say that Hamas is ok -- Hamas is a clown car of evil, but to suggest that Israel hasn't had its share of not-so-nice moments is silly too.

Of course you do, you probably fap to the pictures of dead Palestinian children too.
You seriously believe that Hamas cares about the dead Palestinian children??

Hamas doesn`t care if they kill Israeli citizens...but they don`t care if Palestinian civilians die...for Hamas having Palestinians die has been a huge public relations coup for Hamas!! To Hamas that is a win, win!!

Yes. They were asked if they wanted to write messages on shells, they did because they are raised by terrible people.

The Children where from a village that was regulary attack by Hezbullah rockets and those shells where bound for targets in Lebanon from where rocket attacks came from.

Also you reading comprehension fails. The children where drawing Israeli flags on the shells not messages.

If someone launches rockets at your country you have a right to respond.

According to the account, some of the parents wrote messages to Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah and then they handed the markers to the children who started drawing Israeli flags on the shells. The photographers, looking for a powerful image, had found one.
