Its working great for me. Coupled with higher power workout (ancestors never ran 5 miles, they sprinted and then walked 1 and then sprinted to catch their prey).

Diet is basically a vegetarian who eats meat. IE no non-fibrous, non-anti-oxidant-packed carbs.

I tried it, didn't do crap for me.

it really isn't all that special/different either

'eat what your ancestors ate' ok, unprocessed foods. thats what all diets basically tell you, stick to lean meats and vegetables/fruits and the occasional dose of nuts

Lots of people report good things from a paleo diet, especially people who have allergies to non-paleo foods (dairy, wheat, gluten, legumes). I've not done it myself, because I do still eat some grains and dairy, and I don't have any problems, so I figure why change what works well for me. I know that a lot of people integrate Paleo with Intermittent Fasting as well with good results.
