Restart the browser. I assume that still won't work. If that's correct, you have to disable all your addons, restart again, and see what happens. If that works, you turn your addons back on one at a time until you find the problem.

K, will do that....evne tho you are acting on the premise the problem is, in fact an add on. but who cares? Is now about learning and a mini adventure.....and, if all else fails, I will just clone my back drive to this one.

OK no! Pls understand, I can not access the toolbar at all! Meaning where tools>add ons buttons live!

I think I will reboot into this drive and see if anhything normlizes in PM....U never know.

OMG! I rebooted and it is now normal!!!!!!!!

I have No CLUE.....and, I do not care! Yay! See? It was not add ons or related thingies. Of that....I felt certain.

OMG, this was like a spining class a little. But way more interesting.()

That's great. Be happy! You can see from my initial screenies, I had a very big, immediate difference.

Just tried this and I am blown away by the speed of Pale Moon!!!

Could be addons which are making it weird. Or maybe clearing the cache. Try a new profile and see if that makes it all fine, if that is so then your current profile is what is causing the issues.
