Paladin Anti-cheat

List of features:
-Paladin Anticheat is a Client/Server system, created to check player's machine for running cheats, and eventually notifying the server that will kick or ban them from the Half-Life server.
-Paladin is new in it's detection algorithms and aims at being an effective cheating deterrent under Half-Life, all mods.
Auto-update securely from the web
-Paladin detects almost all cheats:
OGC*.*, xqz2, hlhack, multihack, opengl wallhacks
-Most of new cheats will be founded without an update .)
-Paladin Server is for Win32 (Win98, Win2k, WinXP) and for Linux
-Cheaters will be banned or kicked (admin choice) and the server logs the violators. A centralized blacklist db is on-the-way .
-Server admins can also choose to validate model files, so only the real ones, and clanbase's highps models
-The server doesn't neccesary run on the same server as hlds
-HLTV support is included
-Paladin is supported by The-All-Seeying-Eye filters
-Compatible with GameSpy3D, The-All-Seeying-Eye and all the others game browsers
-NOT Compatible with PunkBuster (you must NOT run Paladin while running other anti cheat clients).

So long as it logs the IPs of cheaters and allows them as a downloadable list of "banned" players. This would surely weed out the static IP'ed broadband cheaters. Now for the narrowbanded, i have no clue...

Paladin does not prevent against the latest hacks, reguarless of what anyone says. Paladin is mildy useful, but still useless in an overall sense. If a client MUST install this to be "fully" covered, its pretty useless for most of the population.

The only anti cheat that will work must come from Valve themselves. If you want to play on a relatively cheat-free server, play on well administrated servers that have server-side only cheat checks (even then its not 100% guarantee).

i think u right casue there cheaters in the sever and the paladin doesnt let the admin know

i got it and my freind still hacks and it wont let the admin know what about that

paladin has already been hacked, the only one that works now is Cheating-death


it doesnt try to detect the hacks or even ban hackers i dont think, but it instead just stops the hacks from working, herby making a hacker unable to hit a target, or wallhack etc.
