PAL6035 + low cfm fan enough?

I'm building a new system with a Duron 900 on a KK266 and was wondering if the PAL6035 would be sufficient. The fan that I plan on using with it is the 13.2cfm/16.1dba Adda seen here. Is anyone running a similar setup? I'm wanting such a weenie fan because noise is a big concern for me. I'll also have an 80mm intake and an 80mm exhaust uf undetermined brand - but probably between 20-25dba on each of those. Thoughts?

I have that exact setup on my Tbird 1000 at 1.69v. At idle, it keeps it 14ºf above ambient, and under load 35ºf above ambient.

I highly reccomend this setup if you aren't planning to overclock and want a stealth system.

I'm all in favor of quiet computers, and a proponent of Alpha sinks, but I think you may be going too far. Check Gizzo's to see what's really out there, anything with a dBA rating in the low 20's is truly quiet. Some of the Sanyo-Denki's look particularly good, although I haven't had the occasion to try them.
