Painting? Anyone ever painted an ANTEC 1030?

Hey guys, I have an Antec 1030 and am painting it today. I cant figure out how to paint the door that covers the 5 1/4'' drive bays, cuz of the little LED holes that allow the system LEDs to shine thru. How do I not paint over these? They would be a b1tch to cover, cux theyre like an 8th of an inch wide. And It doesnt seem that they pop out, altho it looks like they should..dont wanna break it. ideas?!

See the Pic

a little drop of white glue on there, though you'll probably get a ring of whatever color your case it around the light.

theyre not really lights, theyre just clear plastic plugs to convey the light from the case thru the door. So, if theyre painted over, then obviously the light wont go thru. So the glue is a good idea, but I dont want to risk the funky coloration 😕

I second the Dab of glue..that should work good... or find something round like a very thin dowel and hold it there while u spray around it..

wtf how am I supposed to get vaseline down in that weeeeee little hole? And even if I get it down there, It will probably be all over the surrounding areas.....

Any other ideas? Cmon someone has to have painted the 1030 b4

Did you get this worked out. You should be able to just push the little clear plastic pieces out the back of the door. I've had them fall out on their own...they're not in very secure.
