Painting a design

I have a black case and want to spray paint on a design on the side in white. Does anyone know an easy way to make a good template for this? I cant paint it in by hand(no skill), so I need a template. Here is a bad picture of what I am looking to make. I dont want the logo, but up the side of my case to have the repeating eye. Also, what kind of spray paint should I get? Any help would be appreciated.

If you have software like Photoshop, take the best image available and resize to your wishes, print it up, and use an X-acto knife to trim. Use rubber cement to apply. Good luck!
