we've moved into our new place for a year now and after having the kids ride their ride-on toys all over it (hard plastic wheels), the paint has been chipped in a few areas. Some of the WOOD planks are splitting a bit too. Is this from their abuse or just because of time? Was wondering if it's still ok to just paint and seal it.
Is it really bad to have those toys on the deck?
What's the quickest way to paint the deck... is it unconventional to use a sprayer? Can we use rollers (never really seen it done on anything but walls)?
Want to do it the quickest way possible - must we chip off the old paint first or can we just paint right over the current? Do we use a primer?
