are these words used interchangeably or what? is there just one type of tank that is used for both compressed air and nitrogen? like i see some that are like 47/4500 psi....47/3000psi. is 4500 psi better because it has a higher rating?

yeah they're used interchangeably

it's commonlly called a nitro tank, but really it's just compressed air

4500 will hold more air than a 3000 tank

for rough estimates, figure 15 shots per 1ci for a 4500 tank, 10 shots per 1ci for a 3000 tank

numbers vary wildly from gun to gun + mods

I'm not a paintball enthusiast. It may very well be that they do use the words interchangably in paintball, but if so then it's not 100% correct. Neuro sounds like he's a paintballer.

its the same thing

if it says nitrogen tank or nitro it means compressed air

btw if youre looking to buy a tank get a carbon fiber and not a steel tank
