paint problems

ok...so my girlfriend made this sign with bright orange paint, and now it's all over my apartment building. on the floor in the hallway and on the main exit. any ideas on how to get it off over than scraping? it's eggshell latex, btw.

I think there's a product called goof-off that wil removed dried latex paint.

Call your local paint store for a resolution. Also ask to see if it is safe to use Latex Paint Remover to remove it from wall, etc...

Wiping it with a wet sponge/rag & a bit of house hold detergent would had clean it when it is wet, but now you may have to live with it in the carpet & repaint the wall because it is dry.
