I couldn't find a vsync option in the game. Googling suggested enforcing 60fps frame rate via the game's command prompt, but it seems to me like it then can't handle busy points of the game as well (more framerate drops if I'm surrounded and using the painkiller). Has anyone else seen this?
I don't see an obvious option in ATI CCC for forcing vsync, and the 'application profiles' part of that program seems pretty clunky to handle.
