I've broke numerous bones but the most painful thing I've experienced is when I sliced my thumb open on a jagged piece of glass. It wasn't the cut that hurt. Hell I didn't even know I did it until I saw blood.

No, what hurt was the shot they used to numb it before they did the stitches. A big needle jabbed right into the fleshy part of my thumb. Holy Christ that hurt.
 
I once fell out of a tree and ended up straddling a fence below it.
I just stayed glued to the fence for at least twenty minutes, I couldn't move because
it hurt so bad. 🙁

A structure fire. I'm actually lucky to be alive as I was completely rendered unconcious by the smoke inhalation. Best friend dragged me out of the place. I ran about 3/4 of a mile on completely destroyed barefeet as we were in the forest before I realized that my feet hurt, looked down, and hit the floor. I'm quite sure you don't want to hear the rest.
 
I had a bad burn on my shin.
A hand-sized piece of skin immediately bubbled up and fell off... not sure how bad the burn was, I didn't go to the hospital.
I experienced many different kinds of pains, but that was almost unbearable.
 
most horrible pain?.....

when i was little, i had a boil in my belly button...

dad lanced it...phok...it was super painful...i was crying like a baby..well, i was a baby ...i think i was 10 yrs old or something?...

Much worse emotional pain than any of this, but as a kid learned many things the hard way, like not to grab things that are glowing red hot etc. The worst experience was when I went to Planned Parenthood and asked them to test me for every possible std they could (I had just learned that my gf had cheated w/ a known junkie). For two different tests they have a big black lady shove a miniature bottle brush deep into the urethra, the second one had wire bristles. I was afraid to urinate for two days, tests came back negative though.
 
inversion dislocation of my left ankle playing basketball. my fibula pierced my skin. My foot was in an 'L' shape. It took 1 hour for x-rays to be taken. 30 minutes later it took the nurse 3 attempts to get the iv set correctly. And 1 more hour for the doctor to re-set my foot. I had my leg/ankle casted the next day and had about 4 months of re-hab.
