I'm a guy and occasionally I used to watch "Trading Spaces" and "While you were out" (chick carpenter on While you were out is hot as hell). I really can't stand those shows now, they are just annoying really. Also the multitude of spin-offs and look alike shows have just beat any interest out of me.
