Paid Time Off Poll

3 weeks PTO (15 working days)
sick time is inclusive with the PTO.
i've taken exactly 5 days off work this year (1 for sick, 4 for vacation)
earned 3 comp days.
so, 13 PTO days left to use. will use 5 for sure at the end of the year. Not sure what to do with the rest yet.

2 weeks/year

vacation time can't be carried over from year to year... whatever hasn't been used by 12/31 is gone.

I don't really know how many paid holidays I get since I'm salaried. my department is open 24/7/365. sometimes I work holidays (and get either an extra vacation day or double pay for that day) and sometimes I don't.

Wow - that sucks. We have some cap on how much you can accumulate (12 weeks I think), but that sucks that you can't accumulate at all. I like to keep about 2 weeks on the books for emergencies, etc.

23 days a year including holidays of PTO. 12 days a year of sick time in addition. After 15 years of service I accumulate 38 days a year with a max accrual of 76 days a year and 60 days worth of sick time.

If I get sick, my first day is PTO, every day thereafter is sick time.

Good God, this poll makes me hate my employer even more.

I get:
- 5 paid days off (10 after three years of employment with them....I won't be hanging around for the extra year). Those 5 days are sick/personal/vacation. That's it...anything else is unpaid.

- No paid holidays and no special holiday pay...just the regular wage I always get. Unpaid if I don't work them.

In addition, no health insurance, retirement, etc...Hence the reason I'm looking elsewhere for work.

13 vacation 13 sick 10 holidays annually

240 vacation hours can be transferred from one year to the next

and there is no limit on sick leave accumulated

3 weeks vacation, 60 hours (7.5 days) sick time, 7 or 8 paid holidays. Grand total of 29.5 to 30.5 days. Given that there are about 260 working days in a year, I'm off and being paid around 11.5% of the time.

4 weeks of vacation a year
4 weeks of sick time a year
3 days of personal time a year
12 paid holiday

sick rollover is capped at 10 weeks
vacation rollover is capped at 4 weeks
no rollover for personal days

32 sick and 32 vacation hours are paid upon leaving the company
