I'm not surprised. Guy was a vocal opponent of Apple's insistence to stick with a proprietary cable standard (Lightning).

its really shocking. i thought once they are hooked on Apple, they are hooked for life!

recently, 2 hardcore Apple iphone users i know changed to Android. one guy switched to Note2 so he can edit his photos on the go. the other girl got herself a Nexus.

Guy switching is a pretty big deal.
that would be almost as big news as Bill Gates switching to use nothing but Apple.

Yeah a guy that hasn't been anything important to apple for almost 30 years? :rolleyes: He marketed the original macintosh and...thats it.

You mean the same guy who recently wrote a book on how to unleash Google+?

The guy who likes android because they sort android apps in alphabetical order? (SO ADVANCED!)

Then he talks about how he can get a standard MicroUSB cable from the hotel receptionist. I bet most of these hotels he speaks of have an alarm clock with a built in apple dock.
