Paid for 9700 pro. Did I get 9500 instead?

Oem sapphire 9500 probably got it from newegg and he's selling it again. The sapphire 9500 looks exactly like a 9700. They should ban his sorry a$$. Check out what he has for sale now. Just a bunch a scams for someone dumb enough to buy it. His feedback is probably from himself.

If I am not mistaken, ATi 9700 Pro looks exactly the same except the ram.
