UPDATE:
She came down on her own but she got lost some time yesterday. 🙁

But today we heard her meow outside. We all rushed out! Then we had another few hours of adventure trying to get her back inside. I eventually lured her with some tuna and locked her in a cage. Now she's in my room cleaning dust off herself. She didn't quite mind being caged, although she freaked out and scratched me quite badly when I tried to pick her up and bring her home.

Yup! We locked her in my room. She got my big room, big closet, and a 1/2 bathroom all to herself. We are gonna lock her in here for a while. We hope that this will eventually mark out their territory so that they coexist better.
