Pagefile size in WinXP

I've read that for WinXP, your pagefile should actually be larger than your total physical memory. I'm running WinXP on an Epox 8KHA+, an Athlon XP 1700+, and 512mb Crucial PC2100 DDR. So how large should my pagefile be? It's currently set at 512 because I had 256mb installed previously and just had another 256mb stick installed a couple of days ago.. should I just set it to the WinXP recommended 766?
