Page size in DDR2 and above memory

Hi all , in DDR2 and above memories there is a small amount of memory called page size, can some one explain or give me an link about what is the exact use of page size ?

It is just in reference to how the memory is addressed. An ideal memory device simply has a group of address lines, for example 28 address lines, A0-A27, would adress 128MB. But due to precharging, DDR is broken down into rows, columns, banks, etc so that chunks of data can be accessed without having to issue a precharge command which costs valuable time. This chunk is your "page".
