I know this has been contimplated before, but the TA SoB page is looking rather full with zero producers and I think it needs cleaning :(.

Now I am not team leader. If I were I would have dumped those accounts a long time ago. It makes our team look like it is full of no producers... well I guess thats the case anyway...

Under normal circumstances I would say let them be. But even if they have older PII 233MHz's running. Only 5 minutes a day is needed to complete a packet in two weeks. Most of these people have been on for four weeks or longer. In that time they still have not produced anything.
I feel they should be removed from the team stats page before people get the general idea that our team looks like one giant non-producer and move onto another team.

I know 30 days for duplicate accounts was the general agreement on what the team felt before deleting them from the team. Most of these as you can tell are duplicates. But even the few non-duplicates should go real-SOON-like.

Anyway that is my rant. 21 days and up for non-producers gives lots of leeway to get a packet done. Those older than 21 days should be cleaned up.
Unless I am the only one who feels this way...

I did have this thought about a month ago, and the general concensus was to wait at least a month, so I guess it's about time. If people decide that we can remove these accounts, then I shall go ahead and remove them.

I don't know if that's necessarily a good idea... what about people who like to change projects every so often? Don't want them feeling unwelcome ;) Don't all our projects have a long list of inactive participants? It's the nature of the beast, I think.

There are a lot of duplicates as is plainly visible from that list (names and/or start dates).
Personally I do not think it will change the 'welcome' feel and might produce better recruitments. But that is just my opinion.

I think by "inactives" he means inactives with 0 work done. If that is what is meant then I'm all for it. No sense in keeping them around if they never plan on doing any work. Makes it neater and easier to view the stats of those who are producing.

Not having been involved in the SoB project I don't know what the issue is, but with the D2OL project stats, GeoffS just reports on the accounts that have produced work rather than ask to have zero accounts removed. ;)

The issue is the 30 members at the bottom of this page.
