So i'm trying to install office 2003 and it goes smoothly until it starts to install the files, and I get a nice BSOD "page fault in non paged area". Tried switching cables, reinstalling the drivers, etc... still same thing. So I try installing something else from a cd, so I grab my command and conquer generals disc and install that, absolutly no problem. So I think maybe it's fixed, and try to install office 2k3 again, BAM BSOD! Same place every time, when it's starting to copy the files to the directory. Anyone think of what may be wrong? Could the CD-ROM be taking a dump on me?

If you'd like, send me the dumpfile (in c:\windows\minidump) and I'd be happy to look at it.

Before doing so, please go to Windows Update and get ALL updates, make sure your machine still crashes when installing Office 2003, and then run MPSReports (see my .sig) and mail me the MPS Reports file *and* mail me the dumps that occurred after you did ALL the Windows updates.
