They've already stated that he wasn't there at the time. I don't understand why people are persecuting him over this incident. Even if he dropped these guys as friends a year ago, he'd still be questioned because he knew them.
 
Him running loose with his thug homies for a year with no football should be so entertaining they could make it a reality show.
