,PacBell DSL problem

Hi,
I've found that whenever I try to create an open game in Diablo2, ppl can't seem to join. However, I can play on battle.net and join other open games just fine. This has also been the case with friends trying to d/l songs from my comp through Napster; they can't seem to connect. If you have any ideas, please post. Thanks.

Do you have any kind of firewall installed? You installed any software by pac bell that might have a firewall with it? coz' it might be the thing that blocks the connection.
