P6T SE Freeze

I have a P6T SE, the problem I have is that my pc freezes, I've formatted, tried a new HDD, new memory, new GPU. I've even bought another i7 920 CPU wich did not solve the problem. I have not updated the bios. Can this be done with a USB stick from bios? And it's not overheating.

The problem only got worse, now I cannot even get into windows without a complete freeze. Previously it only froze during heavy load. I'm using a TX950 corsair PSU so I don't think that should be the problem. Help needed, frustrated as I have to use my old LGA775 Q6600 with ddr2 : ( : (

Yes, the BIOS can be updated from a bootable USB flash drive.

You may also want to try removing every component besides the VGA card and HDD and see if Windows is stable at all then. Also only run off a single memory stick and try alternating the memory slot you use if it still crashes.
