P6T Deluxe

I have an Asus P6T Deluxe and it supports WoL by PME. This is supported over PCI.

Does this mean that I cannot use the two integrated gigabit ethernet controllers for WoL?
Does anyone know how to set up WoL on the P6T Deluxe?
Do I need a PCI or PCIe NIC that supports WoL?

My Gigabyte EP45-UD3P supports WoL by default. I found this out by accident, sending the WoL to the wrong IP across my network.

Thanks! That site was really helpful. Just needed to change a driver setting and now I have WoL on. This will help me save a lot of power (this computer likes to draw 400-800W). Now all of my computers have WoL and my WoL management is all set up.
