Hmmmm. Go to Bios ant do bigger FSB. You can overclock your processor to ~3 GHz or more. Don't use the voltage option, cause you're new at OC. Graphics card you can overclock with Riva Tuner, nVidia Tray tools etc. Use google to get some overclocking guides.

Okay.

Following the AnandTech OC tutorial i got:

3.01Ghz 29ºC IDLE and 54ºC FULL LOAD (current room temp: 27ºC, NorthEast Brazil)

CPU-Z

I need help to set the correct memory timing in this motherboard.

I have this in CPU-Z status

My Memory Settings
Frequency:400Mhz
CAS# Latency: 4
RAS# to CAS#: 4
RAS Precharge: 4
TRAS: 12
TRC: 36
Command Rate: 2T

The Automatic settings that my MB setted:

Frequency:400Mhz
FSB/DRAM: 5/6
CAS# Latency: 5
RAS# to CAS#: 5
RAS Precharge: 5
TRAS: 15
TRC: 23
Command Rate: 2T

My MotherBoard have this options:

TCL (CAS Latency)
tRP
tRAS
tRRD
tRC
tWR
tWTR
tREF
CMD

What you think about the motherboard options guys?

Thanks all

that ram should run 4-4-4-12 to at least 900 and probably closer to 1000, but you'll have to fiddle with the fsb/dram ratio to get it to its optimum level.

Try my settings (below). In addition:

VCore: 1.3125V
VMem: 2.07V
NB Volt: Auto
VCore offset: off

Manual OC: 1300/800.

Memory 4-4-4-12-2T
Subtimings all auto.

If you have startup/freezing problems, set:

tRC from 18 to 24
tRRD from 3 to 6
tWR from 5 to 6

Good luck!

You should be able to push the e6600 well above 3.0ghz territory.
You didn't mention the kind of case you use, so extra case cooling is a big help pushing the limits.
Mine is at 3.4g (vcore=1.45v) at upper hi 20c idle and low 40c (Orthos load)
