P5Q Pro + Thermalright HR-09 Type 2 S or U?

Going to be getting a P5Q pro soon, and I noticed the MOSFETs north of the CPU socket are not heatsinked.

Planning on grabbing a Thermalright HR-09 Type 2 cooler for it, but the problem is I don't know whether to get a U shaped, or S shaped sink.

My CPU cooler is a Noctua NH-U12P.

Here's an image if you need to take a look at it. Due to motherboard orientation the MOSFETs are directly to the RIGHT of the CPU socket in the below image, but when the motherboard is installed it will be NORTH of the CPU cooler.

Just wondering whether or not there will be clearance issues with the NH-U12P
