P5N-E SLI Shuts down randomly..

Ok the system POSTS fine, the little 'beep' happens and I can go into the BIOS and even begin installing Windows XP. But at random intervals it just powers itself down and I have to start all over. Here are my specs:

Intel Pentium E6300
XClio Goodpower 500W
EVGA 7900GS
P5N-E SLI
Maxtor SATA 200GB
GEIL 1 GIG Sticks of DDR2 6400 Memory.

I think personally it's the memory but I'm not to sure..it isn't overheating and the system seems to power up fine..but I'm not sure what's going on.

boot and enter the BIOS.

Set your memory timings to the manufacturer's specs. It probably needs to be set to 5-5-5-12 and 2T. If it requires 2.2v, set it at the 2.25v (I think) option.
