I recently upgraded to 4gb of ram (1gbx4) of corsair ddr2-1066. I had no problem Running 1066 with 2 gb but now it jusy wont work. The motherboard posts, but as soon as it boots into vista 64 it bsods. For now, i decided just to lower the speed to 800 with 4-4-4-10 to run 1:1 with my cpu(q6600 at 3.6ghz). I just feel that its a waste to just run them at 800. Is there something i can do in the bios that could make me run the ram at 1066? Ive tried upping the voltage of the ram and Nb and still no luck.

Running the memory past 1-1 is a waste as the extra bandwidth isnt being used and your just adding latency with the higher timings. Keep it 1-1 and lower timings.
