Will the three dimm slots all accept double-sided DDR Ram or are banks
shared like the 845g and you are limited to a max of 2 double-sided RAM

The Asus website has the manual for the motherboard. The MB has 3 slots for PC2700 DIMMs. Slot 1 contains rows 0 and 1, slot 2 contains rows 2 and 3, slot 3 contains rows 4 and 5. It didn't explicitly say that the memory wasn't double-sided though. There is also a small, but not complete, list of memory brands and models this MB does support. Hope this helps.
