p4p800 deluxe mobo, hard disk issues

Hmm..well this is weird...
Let me start from the beginning. I had this computer overclocked 30% using AI Overclock, which seemed to work well for a while, but it was sporadic (this is computer 1 in my sig). I put my new computer in the computer slot in my desk, and took this one out. Next time I try to boot this one I get hard disk errors. I hope I didn't damage something while I moved it, I highly doubt it. Though I am typing on it right now, I had to disable SMART to get it to recognize the hard drives and boot. I hope this isn't a sign one of my drives are failing. What should I do? With SMART enabled: I boot, wait 2 mins for it to POST, and it comes up with "slave hard disk error" and "overclocking failed", even though I had reset my whole BIOS and disabled overclocking... I have no where to back up 160 GB worth of data, which the slave hard disk is. I guess I could put it on my new 250 GB drive, but I would HATE to do that 🙁, especially since the hard disk is probably fine, and it's the stupid 1009 beta 005 p4p800 deluxe BIOS...
