P4C800E-Deluxe Bios update problem

I tried to update to the newest bios using the AFUDOS.exe, everything went fine, read, erase, write, check all went to 100%. When I went back into my bios to reset everything it said that I was still running the 80009 BIOS, and CPU-Z says the same thing even though what I installed was the P4CED11.rom.

Has this happened to anyone else? Why would it happen?

80009 is not the BIOS number but the BIOS part no or model no.(?)

The BIOS version cannot be seen in CPU-Z. You will see the BIOS version on boot if you disable the Full Screen Logo in the BIOS.
