p4c800 series differences

I've been to the Asus website and downloaded the specs for the p4c 800, the p4c 800 deluxe, and the p4c 800-E deluxe. However, the specs are not clear. Would someone give me a rundown of the differences and what the advantages and disadvantages of these differences might be? Thanks in advance.

Basically, If you have (or want) a lot of SATA drives and want to build 2 Arrays on 2 separate controllers go with the P4C800-E Deluxe. If you have a few existing IDE drives and want to build an IDE Raid go with the P4C800 Deluxe. It all depends on what HW you have and what you want to configure.

What would I give up by going with the non-deluxe, the p4c800? I don't need raid or sata.

I never knew that the p4c800 came in a non-deluxe. Are you referring to the p4p800 non-deluxe ?

There is a plain p4c800 (non deluxe).
