P4C800-E Deluxe....problem adding second SATA drive

I have a P4C800-E Deluxe, and have been using a single 74 Gig WD Raptor as SATA 0. I decided to add a second SATA drive as SATA 1 (a WD 200 Gig) and have the following problem:
- The BIOS can see both drives
- Device Manager in XP sees both drives
but the Drive does NOT show up in My Computer.

I am running Windows XP SP1.

Is there anything obvious that I am missing??

Did you format and activate it?

I can't see it in My Computer to format it.
As I said, I can only see it in Device Manager.
How can I format it now???
