First time I build this system, it's restarting left and right. Usually on hard drive intensive tasks. I start playing games and at random times it will either quit or reboot the entire system. So, I figured it was a psu problem. Replaced the PSU, same issues. Figured it was an audio problem, took out my audigy used on board, same results. System is as follows:

P4C800-E Deluxe
3.2ghz p4 runs between 28-36 celcius
1GB corsair 2.5cas value select 3200
9800pro 4.11 catalyst
Raptor - been reformated countless times to no avail
audigy 1
samsung dvd 16x
TT 480watt pure power xaser edition psu(had raidmax 420 before)
Tsunami Case

I've deduced so much, can't be motherboard damage or else I wouldn't be able to start it or system would be completely unstable. Once again, I'm playing these games at high settings and all and sometimes for a long while and other times for minutes. I have Windows XP Pro with SP2.

UPDATE*** I believe since this is only occuring while I play graphic intensive games such as NFSU2 and Half Life 2, the problem is the AGP card. I don't understand how though since I've tried a 9600XT along with the 9800pro, what could be the problem?

The Asus P4 boards that I've used...usually need a little manual bump in Vcor as they tend to run low(no matter what PSU you're running)
Try increasing the Vcor to 1.575 ot 1.60v for increased stablity.

So I am assuming you are running everything on default settings and not overclocking cpu/fsb/memory?

If so, you should download memtest (search for it on google) and test your ram for any errors. You may also want to try and download motherboard monitor and gauge your cpu/motherboard temps to see if heat may be an issue.

You can also try and up your vdimm to 2.65 to see if that helps.
