P4B266 vs. P4B266PA w/USB20

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two boards. I've seen the plain P4B266 on Asus' site, but I can't find much info on the PA version. From the specs they appear to be awfully similar... I've seen them both at various online retailers, but no tangible differences jump out at me. I'm thinking about getting one of these two boards--if I just knew the difference 😉

I'm not totally sure--although that does make sense. The PA's specs do indicate that it has onboard audio, but so do the specs for the plain P4B266...
 
I think they're the same thing. I ordered exactly a P4B266 (audio and USB 2.0) from mwave.com, and the receipt says P4B266/PA on it.
 
Yeah, I just wondered if the PA was perhaps bulk/OEM and the plain P4B266 was in the Retail packaging. At newegg, they list both, but the PA is $10 less.
 
Anyone figure this out yet?

I've been waiting for NewEgg to get the P4B266 back in, but it's been OOS forever.
I'd take the PA version, which they have in stock, if it's the same thing.

Can anyone clarify this?
