p4266b-c with 1.7 <--- does this have o/c potential?

I've never attempted an overclock, so I know very little about it. I'm willing to do the research and educate myself on how to do it. But before going through the trouble, I was hoping somebody could tell me about this motherboard/chip combination. Is there any reason to beleive this would not overclock well?

yeah, it's a willamette core, so it's not going to be worth your time
