P4 Temps Too High??

These are my temps 30C for Cpu and 29C for the board.

I have 4 fans in the case and using stock heatsink may be I should use a better cooler , any sugestions

That temp is perfectly fine if that is your actual temp.

They sound low to me. Remember BODY temperature is about 37C.

depends what kind of cooling and what mainboard he has.

that's still a P4 though, I got 10 fans running in my system and it's winter here and my temp is still 47C

What chip and what board??? I mean you tell us absolutely nothing.....


However if t is a p4c and 2.8ghz or greater at stock I would say the temp is BS or on an Asus mobo, which is about one in the same!!!!😉

The chip is P4 1.8A and the board is Asus P4B533-E.
