Hello,
I heard the power supply is different for the P4's? ATX 2.03, I believe? Instead of getting a new case, couldnt I just get a power supply instead and pop it in the old case? I found some pics of the P4 mobos with i850 chipset; maybe its me but the connection on it to plug the power supply connector into looked the same as my ATX. Thanks!

I believe the HSF attachment is what requires you to get a new case.

I believe that the Asus P4T has an adapter to make it fit in an ATX case and you only have to buy the ATX 2.03 PSU.

Viper is correct

A 'P4 compliant' case requires some additional holes to support the P4 heatsink setup.

A 'P4 compliant' Power supply has the addition 12V connector.

The P4T will fit in just about any std ATX case, add the PSu adapter and you have a very nice P4 setup
